Project Options
Option A: Creative Response — Write an alternate ending, a missing chapter, or a modern adaptation scene. Must include a 1-page analytical reflection.
Option B: Multimedia Presentation — Create a 5-8 minute presentation analyzing a major theme. Must include visuals, textual evidence, and critical analysis.
Option C: Comparative Essay — Compare The Great Gatsby to another text (novel, film, song, poem) that explores the American Dream. 5-7 pages, MLA format.
Your proposal should state which option you're choosing, what your specific focus will be, and a brief plan for how you'll approach it.
